Our Ranch

Z Ranch is located in Bowie, Texas on 100 acres of open pasture with plenty of shady trees for the cows. We are committed to raising quality over quantity by finding the best breed of cows to produce fine tasting, marbled meat.

It's always a celebration when a new calf is born at Z Ranch! Our herd consists of: Wagyu, Angus, and Braunvieh, pure and crosses, for the best combination of highly marbled premium beef. Our herd is humanely cared for, eat hormone and preservative free grass, and are grain finished.

Our COWS

Z Ranch Beef breeds superior cattle to ensure quality beef. We are partnered with Buck n' Bull Meatworx of Bowie, Texas, for processing. All of our meat is cut and processed under USDA inspection. After that, all meat is aged for a minimum of 14 days.
