Basics
The 1/2 cow is custom cut and the list here is approximate.

We will drop off your beef to the Processor and share your contact information as well. Buck N' Bull Meatworx will call you to ask how you would like your beef cut and packaged, steak thickness, size of roasts, etc.

Steaks will be vacuum-sealed and labeled.
​
Ground beef is between 85-90 lean and packaged in 1 lb. meat socks.
​
Pricing includes all processing and packaging fees. Any custom cooked products you may choose will be extra.
