Basics
The 1/4 cow is an equal share of a 1/2 cow, therefore, you will not be able to dictate custom cuts.

The list of cuts here are approximate. We will drop off your beef to the Processor and share your contact information as well.
Steaks are cut to weight, not thickness, are vacuum-sealed, and labeled.
Ground beef is between 85-90 lean and packaged in 1 lb. meat socks.

Pricing includes all processing and packaging fees. Any custom cooked products you may choose will be extra.
